7.3 Where a Product carries a unique serial number, certificate or other traceability identifier, the relevant information may be recorded against the Order.
7.4 Balaji Aurica shall not be responsible for representations made by unauthorised third parties concerning a Product which are inconsistent with the Product description published by Balaji Aurica.
7.5 Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory remedy available to a Customer where a Product is materially different from what was ordered, defective, deficient, spurious or otherwise not as represented.

8.2 The price displayed for a Product may reflect the applicable precious-metal value together with the relevant spread, making/fabrication charges, taxes and other applicable charges, as separately disclosed.
8.3 Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change until the applicable transaction price is successfully locked or confirmed.
8.4 Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Product listing or displayed price constitutes an invitation to the Customer to place an Order and does not, by itself, constitute final acceptance of an Order by Balaji Aurica.
8.5 The applicable price becomes binding for a transaction when the Website successfully completes the applicable Price Lock and the Order is accepted by Balaji Aurica.
8.6 Customers acknowledge that the market price of precious metals may rise or fall immediately after a transaction is completed.
8.7 Balaji Aurica does not guarantee that the market value of any Product will increase after purchase.
9.1 Where the Website provides a Price Lock facility, the Customer must complete the applicable transaction steps within the period specified by the Website.
9.2 A Price Lock may expire if the Customer does not complete the transaction within the prescribed period.
9.3 If a Price Lock expires before the transaction is completed, the Customer may be required to proceed at the then-current price.
9.4 Once the applicable Price Lock has been successfully completed, payment has been successfully received and the Order has been accepted by Balaji Aurica, the applicable bullion transaction shall be binding, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
9.5 A Customer may not seek to cancel or reject a completed bullion transaction solely because the market price subsequently changes.
9.6 Balaji Aurica shall not be liable for any gain that the Customer might have made had the Customer purchased the Product at a later or earlier market price.
10.1 By submitting an Order, you make an offer to purchase the relevant Product(s) at the price and on the terms applicable to the transaction.
10.2 Submission of an Order does not, by itself, constitute acceptance by Balaji Aurica.
10.3 An Order shall be subject to successful:

14.1 Payment must be made through the payment methods made available by Balaji Aurica.
14.2 Unless otherwise expressly stated, payments shall be made in Indian Rupees.
14.3 The Customer represents that the payment instrument used for the transaction is lawfully available for the Customer's use.
14.4 Balaji Aurica may use third-party payment service providers, including payment gateways and banks, to process payments.
14.5 Payment is considered successfully received only when confirmation is received through the applicable payment system.
14.6 Initiation of a payment instruction does not by itself constitute successful payment or acceptance of an Order.
14.7 If an amount is debited from the Customer but the transaction is not successfully completed, Balaji Aurica shall process the applicable refund through the relevant payment/refund process.
14.8 Payment gateway charges, bank charges or other transaction costs shall be treated in accordance with the applicable transaction terms and the disclosures presented to the Customer.
15.1 Customers shall provide PAN and other information wherever required under applicable law or Balaji Aurica's applicable compliance procedures.
15.2 Balaji Aurica may electronically verify PAN information through authorised verification service providers, including Easebuzz or another authorised service provider engaged for this purpose.
15.3 Where electronic PAN verification is used, the Customer may be required to enter the PAN number, following which the PAN may be electronically authenticated and the relevant customer information reconciled against the verification result.
15.4 A Customer shall not ordinarily be required to upload a photograph or scanned copy of the PAN card merely for the purpose of routine electronic PAN verification, unless such document is otherwise required.
15.5 Balaji Aurica reserves the right to request a copy of the PAN card or other government-issued identification where:
15.6 For transactions where PAN is required to be quoted under applicable law, the verified PAN may be recorded against the relevant transaction and maintained as part of Balaji Aurica's transaction records.
15.7 The Customer authorises Balaji Aurica and its authorised service providers to conduct reasonable verification necessary to process Orders and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

16.4 Balaji Aurica may collect, deduct, withhold or report amounts where required by applicable law.
16.5 Customers remain responsible for obtaining independent professional tax advice concerning their own tax position, including any tax implications arising from the purchase, ownership or subsequent sale of precious metals.
17.1 Delivery shall be governed by the Balaji Aurica Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
17.2 The standard estimated domestic delivery period is five (5) working days, subject to the terms of the Shipping Policy and circumstances that may affect delivery.
17.3 For calculating the estimated delivery period:

44.3 Nothing in these Terms prevents a Customer from exercising any mandatory statutory right to approach a competent consumer commission, court, regulator or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
45.1 Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to deprive a Customer of any right, remedy, protection or recourse that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
45.2 Where any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with a mandatory statutory requirement, the mandatory statutory requirement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
45.3 These Terms shall otherwise remain enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
